Xscreensaver

Since I'm using composite on context menus under Xfce4-svn (see here), the Xscreensaver are semi-transparent. It can be seen like a bug, but I see it as a really cute aspect. I can see tasks in the background without unlocking Xscreensaver.

xscreensaver

What I did, was that I selected all the Xscreensaver which consumed less than 5% of CPU and looked nice to set a random on them. Here is my list:

epicycle
bumps
bsod
bouboule
worm
webcollage
truchet
thornbird
swirl
spotlight (it could be my favourite)
pyro
penetrate
moire
maze
lissie
laser
julia
juggle
halo
grav (trails)
attraction (balls)

NB: open the settings of each xscreensaver to set the speed to slow. This way you will be sure they will consume nothing of your CPU with composite :)
